1.24b Update and Download

I understand that some people uses a "pen-drived" version of warcraft. A "pen-drived" version means that that warcraft III is not installed in his/her computer , but dragged into the computer using someone's pendrive. The problem of using "pen-drived" version is you cannot update your warcraft III with the Blizzard Patch. This is because the Blizzard Patch cannot detect Warcraft III in your system , hence the results.

Many people have the urge to update their war3 version to 1.24b because IceFrog himself uses a 1.24b version of World Edit , so 6.62 and future dota maps can only be played using 1.24b.

As an EX user of "pen-drived" version of warcraft III , i understand the trouble to update warcraft . However , i now found an easy way for "pen-drived" version user to update thier warcaft!

Instructions
1.Download this file. http://www.mediafire.com/?3wwwmgjbzjt/

2. Download WinRAR , http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm/ ( If you dont have it )

3.Open the downloaded file using winRAR , extract every file to your Warcraft III directory. (For me its C:\Program Files\Warcraft III. )

4.If they ask you if you want to overwrite the original files you owned , click yes.

5.You are done from patching.
